EITA GMD’S 2026 NEW YEAR MESSAGE: REFLECTING ON PROGRESS AND CELEBRATING 30 YEARS

On 13 January 2026, Group Managing Director Mr. JS Lim delivered EITA’s 2026 New Year Message, reflecting on the Group’s FY2025 performance and sharing priorities for the year ahead. The message was especially meaningful as EITA prepares to celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2026 – marking three decades of growth, resilience, and shared achievement since its founding in 1996.

Despite a challenging global environment, FY2025 saw EITA deliver steady progress and renewed momentum. Group revenue increased by 9.1% to RM430.6 million, while Profit Before Tax rose by 61% to RM16.9 million, driven by stronger execution across key segments and improved operational discipline.

Mr Lim highlighted that EITA’s success has always been built on its people. With more than 760 employees across the Group, he paid tribute to both past and present colleagues, emphasising that dedication, teamwork, and shared values remain the foundation of EITA’s growth. He reaffirmed the importance of transparency, professionalism, and accountability in guiding the Group forward.

Looking ahead to 2026, EITA will focus on high-value infrastructure and data centre projects, expanding its overseas presence, growing its service maintenance base, and strengthening innovation, branding, and sustainability initiatives. A new Group Marketing team has also been established to unify and enhance the EITA brand, leveraging the 30th anniversary to create greater engagement and positive visibility.

The session concluded on a celebratory note with a lucky draw, featuring prizes such as a Garmin Forerunner 165, Nespresso Vertuo Pop Coffee Machine, Nintendo Switch OLED, DJI Neo Drone Fly More Combo, an Apple iPad Air, and many more – reflecting appreciation for employees’ continued dedication.

As EITA marks its 30th year, Mr. Lim expressed his gratitude to all employees for their commitment and resilience, and shared his confidence that, together, EITA will continue to build a strong and sustainable future.
