EITA ELEVATOR DRIVES CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT THROUGH SAFETY TRAINING

On 16 April 2026, EITA Elevator successfully conducted a Safety Training Session at its Bukit Raja headquarters, reaffirming its commitment to workplace safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

The session was attended by employees through both physical and online participation, ensuring inclusive engagement across office, branch, and field teams. As part of the programme, attendance was recorded under Safety Training Hours, reflecting the importance placed on continuous learning and safety awareness.

The training was further enriched by insightful presentations from representatives of Social Security Organisation (PERKESO) and Department of Occupational Safety and Health (JKKP), who shared valuable perspectives on workplace safety practices, compliance, and employee well-being. EITA Elevator extends its sincere appreciation to both organisations for their support and contributions in making the session informative and impactful.

A key highlight of the event was the 6S Awards Presentation, where outstanding teams and individuals were recognised for their dedication and efforts in implementing 6S practices. The session also featured an engaging Lucky Draw, offering participants a chance to win prizes from motorcycle-and car-related categories, adding a lively and interactive element to the programme.

The event underscored EITA Elevator’s ongoing efforts to cultivate a strong safety culture while recognising employee contributions and promoting teamwork throughout the organisation.
